Digital Conversion of existing Transferrable Development Right (TDR) Certificate

Procedure and guidelines for digitization of manual TDR certificates through APCRDA and the Online TDR Bank Application. Citizens and officers must follow the prescribed document checklist and approval workflow before a Development Rights Certificate is issued on the portal.

  • TDR area unit is Square Yards only (never square meters).
  • TDR ratio (e.g. 1:1, 1.5:1) is authority-decided — not computed by the system.
  • Offline bonds require 5-level approval chain.
